1.  Delivery Time: We are a manufacturer and exporter in China. Like other manufacturers do, we have no products in stock. We start to make any items when you place an order. So, you should estimate the time of receiving your order. Shipping date would be about 4  weeks from the day when you place an order.

2.  Shipping: is usually by courier like FedEx or DHL. or EMS. Cost depends on the weight of the package. That meant how much charge depends on the quantity you ordered.

3.  Minimum order:  is 60 pieces per model (36 pieces per model for sterling silver items). No minimum  value required. Please note that we require minimum quantity on each design, not the total quantity even not the total amount.

4. Price list: You can find some items' prices  near to products' pictures on each page. Pricing is in US dollar. These prices are only an example, final pricing depends on your order quantity and date of order, and so on. If you could not find any items' prices on our web site, please e-mail us the item numbers that you interest in and let us know the possible quantity you would order. We will quote you best prices then.It is hard for us to make a permanent price list, for materials' cost were always changed these years. Please select what items you interest in and send to us by e-mail, then we will quote you current prices.

5.  Payment: is made by bank transfer (wire transfer). We also accept ,but you should pay 3% of the total for the transfer fee. We recommend that you pay by bank transfer to save money. We need prepay, or you may pay 50% in advance, then pay another 50% when your order is ready here for shipment, that way you might pay two times for your bank transfer fee.

6.  Quality Guarantee: If you receive our order in bad condition, or our products have any quality problem, we are sure to replace those items. or, money back guarantee.

7.  Custom Designs: We welcome your own designs (or your own samples) to let us make or duplicate products for you.

8.  Place your order: Please e-mail us your order details such as the item #, finish colors (white or yellow gold), stone colors, size & quantity that you would order, so that we can work from there to prepare your order even prepare your requested samples. Please use our Order Form  (Please click your mouse's right button and "save as"...)

9.  Retailers: Usually we deal with wholesalers and distributors. If you are retailer who would buy less than our requested minimum quantity, we would only offer you some items that may be in our stock, or when some other customers place an order to us, then we add some extra for you.

10.  Samples: If you request samples to check the quality, the better ways is that we send you the samples which may in our stocks to let you check the quality if you paid the courier shipping charge from China to your country. 

But please be aware that it is difficult for us to make one or two pieces of samples, for,  first, to order only several stones from other factory is almost impossible, stone factory normally don't accept such an order, second, it is very wasteful to make 2 or 3 pieces, it wastes of much time and materials. 

11.  If you buy really large quantity, say, 1,000 and up per model, the price will be some discount.
